Stanislaw Lewak 
CEO
Stanislaw Lewak is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with a deep foundation in both hardware and software innovation.
He launched his first company, Levco, which became an award-winning leader in Macintosh hardware expansion before being acquired in 1987.
Building on that success, Stanislaw founded The Polished Group in 1992, delivering pioneering Internet technology solutions to industry leaders including Sun Microsystems, Microsoft, Netscape, and Reuters.
Under his leadership, The Polished Group thrived and was acquired in 1999.
With a proven track record of innovation, execution, and strategic growth, Stanislaw continues to lead ventures that shape the future of technology.

Wacław Sierek 
CTO
With over three decades of experience in designing and building complex IT systems, Wacław bridges deep technical insight with practical business understanding.
He has shaped architectures across finance, telecom, healthcare, and government, translating ideas into scalable, resilient systems.
His background spans startups and global enterprises alike, from early machine learning work to large-scale distributed payments platforms.
Wacław thrives where complexity meets clarity - connecting technology, people, and purpose.
Independent by nature, he focuses on design that endures and solutions that evolve.

Julie Holloway 
Chief Intellectual Property Officer
Julie is a nationally recognized patent expert. Before joining Latham and Watkins as partner, Julie was at Wilson Sonsini.
For more than twenty years, Julie tried and won bet-the-company patent cases for technology clients including Nvidia, SanDisk, and Broadcom.
Julie started her career with a BS in EE from UCSD, followed by her Masters, while working in signal processing.
While working on her PhD, she decided to change direction, obtaining her Juris Doctor and focusing on patent law.

Ian Beeby 
CSO
Ian is a technologist and lawyer with substantial experience in system engineering, data analysis and business modelling.
After graduating in Physics with Electronics from the University of Southampton, England, Ian had a storied career working in the Defence and telecommunications industries on state-of-the-art projects.
Ian pivoted into law, qualifying as a Barrister in England and Wales in 2008 and the Bar of Ireland in 2019. Ian specialises in data protection and information privacy law.

Mark Mason 
CFO/COO
Mark has over 30 years of experience advancing recently organized and established international organizations and start-ups through management and operational finance leadership roles.
He has led organizations in North America and Europe of varying sizes from $2m to $2b, and across a variety of industrial sectors including retail supply chain operations at Starbucks,
aerospace and industrial manufacturing with Alcoa and Thiokol, in software development and commercialization with Nisus Software, and in driving performance and integrity in the humanitarian sector with International Red Cross organizations.
Mark is a licensed CPA in California, holds CMA and CIA designations, an MBA from University of Utah and BBA in accounting from James Madison University in Virginia.

Martin Frost (CBE) is an experienced founder and company builder across both physical and life science businesses.Martin is formerly CEO of Sagentia (now Science Group) a leading Cambridge based technology consulting company, co-founded and led CMR Surgical, the surgical robotics unicorn, and co-founded and chairs Monumo, a leading AI for engineering company.
Martin is a qualified accountant and graduated from Christ's College, Cambridge.

Matt Harris
Matt Harris is a five‑time CEO with global leadership experience across mobile technology, networking infrastructure, automotive technology, marketing services, and healthcare technology.
A founding member of TAP, he has led operations in more than 30 countries and overseen strategic acquisitions and divestitures across four continents.
Throughout his CEO tenure, Matt guided major organizational transformations, including restructuring sales and marketing teams, shaping product and business strategies,
building services organizations, and expanding companies into new international markets.Since retiring from CEO roles in 2015, Matt has advised companies across technology, manufacturing, oil and gas services, insurance, and IT services. He holds a finance degree from the University of Washington and a law degree from the University of Michigan.

Claudia Iannazzo
Claudia Iannazzo is a cybersecurity executive and strategic advisor with 25+ years of global experience across cybersecurity,
critical infrastructure protection, venture capital, and complex regulatory environments.
She is the Founder and CEO of Catalisto, where she leads national-level cybersecurity and critical-infrastructure programs for governments,
donors, and private-sector operators, including U.S. Government–funded initiatives across Europe, North America, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region.Claudia brings deep board-level expertise at the intersection of cyber risk, public-private partnerships, procurement, and growth strategy, and has supported more than $10B in transactions and programs across 40+ countries. Her background includes senior commercial and investment roles in US private equity firms and leadership positions at global firms including BAE Systems and Infosys. She holds degrees in Law (Honors) and Science (Biochemistry), a Master of Applied Finance, and is admitted to practice in Australia, England and Wales.

Allison Kern
Allison is a venture capitalist and co-founder of Morro Ventures, a Puerto Rico-based firm launched in 2018 under Advent-Morro Equity Partners.
She focuses on investing in early-stage technology startups with regional scalability and advises companies on cross-border tax strategies.A summa cum laude graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, Allison began her career in investment banking at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London. She later worked at Carlyle Group’s emerging markets hedge fund and at StarVest Partners, a $250M expansion-stage venture capital fund in New York.

Andrew Kozlowski 
Andrew started his career in 1980, as a CPA with Arthur Andersen in California, moving into the legal area with his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego.
In the early 1990’s, Andrew worked for the World Bank in Poland with the fledgling post-Communist government, as an International legal adviser to the Polish Minister of Finance.
In 1995 Andrew founded the Polish office of CMS the global law firm based in London. As managing partner, Andrew was responsible for the firm’s Central European Practice.
Andrew recently focused his practice on international project finance and in prior years advised high tech start-ups.

Artur Olender
Artur Olender is a capital markets professional with over 35 years of experience.He was the CEO and leading shareholder of Poland's oldest brokerage house, was involved in dozens of IPO and M&A processes and served as an advisor to the Minister of the Treasury in numerous privatization processes and in the establishment of capital market institutions in Poland.
Served on and continues to serve on numerous supervisory boards of listed and privately held companies.
Artur studied at the AGH University of Science and Technology (Faculty of Electronics and Automatics) in Kraków and London Business School.
